This course deals with the many issues impacting the management of large convention and exposition centers. The course is taught from an organizational marketing base. Topics include meeting site selection, program planning and budgeting, legal issues and insurance problems, housing, food and beverage arrangements, transportation, exposition management, and audio-visual services.
